Similar to Office 365, Windows 10 Enterprise E3 via CSP is a subscription license that is paid monthly with no 3 year commitment. However with Windows 10 Enterprise you can license it via the new Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) agreement. So if I buy Enterprise Licences will I have to commit to Software Assurance or other renewal in order to keep them valid or will they be assumed to be perpetual as well?
As I understand it, Windows 10 Pro OEM is currently considered a perpetual licence for now. So I've got 2 Questions:Ī) How many workstations should I have before seriously considering Enterprise? (Between laptops and workstations, we have 80+ systems spread across 12 physical locations)ī) I understand that Enterprise is only available through Volume Licencing. So I'm on the fence between using Windows 10 Pro or Windows 10 Enterprise.
